Green gold: from the lands of "Speziale" in Fasano,
Leccino and Coratina cultivars generate this oil delicate, with

Yellow
Gold: From Oliarolaand Cellina Narḍ cultivars, from the
lands of Pascarosa and "Angelo di Maglie" (350 meters above sea
level) is obtained a delicate Oil, with herbaceous vague feeling of
great quality and for everyday use.
The olive tree is the ancient, constant wealth of our farm, so the
plants are pruned in alternate years.
The olives are harvested by hand and brought to the presses within 24
hours of picking. Thus was born our oil, special, selected, produced
in small quantities and marketed directly.
